Tuesday 28 April 2026 1H Weekly Update w/e 24/04/26 Last week the children in 1H continued their focus on weighing, this time comparing the mass of objects using cubes. They chose an object to put in one bucket of the scales then used cubes to see how many they would need to make the scales balance.

Tuesday 28 April 2026 3MG Weekly Update w/e 24/04/26 This week in Forest School and Science we have been learning about sedimentary, igneous and metaphoric rocks. We used magnifying glasses to study rocks such as marble and limestone to see if we could identify what type of rock they are.

Tuesday 28 April 2026 2 Year Old Nursery Weekly Update w/e 24/04/26 This week we have been learning about farm animals. The children enjoyed covering the animals in the mud and washing them in the soapy water working on their fine motor skills.

Tuesday 21 April 2026 2S Weekly Update w/e 17/04/26 On 14th April, 2S continued their Science learning by visiting Barnet Environmental Centre. They had the opportunity to do pond dipping, search for minibeasts and enjoy the great outdoors!

Tuesday 21 April 2026 1H Weekly Update w/e 17/04/26 In 1H the children have been learning to weigh objects using balance scales. They were able to say when one object was heavier or lighter than the other and give their reasons why they knew that.
